Yesterday I ate so much corned beef and irish soda bread. They're great around this time of year but I never think about them any other time. Whats the best seasonal food?

Nothing tops the Thanksgiving feast. NOTHING.
Turkey, stuffing, and all the sides are amazing.
I've always wondered why we only eat it on holidays... (http://www.ronfez.net/forums/showthread.php?t=60571)

YUCK.
I remember that horror from my childhood when I still had relatives from the old country.
Thankfully they all died off and we began to eat like civilized people.
