Genital shaving

For those of us who are normal like me and shave their genitals like civilized people in the 21st century, do you prefer certain types of razors over others? I have been having success with the Schick Quattro. I won't use a Schick on my face, for that I uses a Gillette. But I am curious is anyone uses a brand that they find better and as an aside, if you find ones that shave the genitals with which you won't use on your face (or legs or armpits to you ladies)

For my face I use the Gillette Mach 3 and for shaving my head I use the Headblade.
I have also dabbled in the Venus for my genital area, but I find the Quattro works better.

I bought that and it did not work well on me. But I have the body hair of a Neanderthal. Good luck! For the private areas, I would only use a shaver to get it initially down close, and then afterward just use a razor.

No seriously. I bought the original one, and I now own the premium one. Both bought on Amazon.com. It trims me boys and danglies really well. I'm not neanderthal at all, but this definitely helps keep me trimmed and proper. I've never been nicked or wounded, but I also still keep a sense of apprehensiveness instead of going in there swinging for the fences.

If shaving is giving you a problem with irritation or whatever, why not shave it down short with some electric contraption and then use a smear on product to remove the rest? Or Wax as someone else said.

I use my gilette four blade for everything. I go bare turkey and turkey timer and nice neat above the turkey. Occasionally Ill use my roomates face blade for my nuts just as a goof (gimmie those ribs you).

An ex use to occasionally shave my area. It wasn't nerve wrecking at all. He enjoyed it and so did I. Maybe it sounds weird, but it was very relaxing and a nice little intimate thing to do as a couple.
