Generic Ibuprfofen, 2 to 4 depending on how severe the pain is, plus some generic Sudafed if it's allergy related.

A combo of naproxin (Aleve) and a morphine derivative 3 times a day. I was on Celebrex for a long time, like 10 years until the VA made it difficult for Dr.s to prescribe.

Aleve but I preface this by saying that I save it for the worst aches and pains since I can not get it OTC here. I stocked up when I was last in the US and I am getting a bit low.
For the regular everyday shit I take Advil Liquid gels.

usually exedrin, though when its something inflamed or an infection causing it I use ibuprofen (up to 800mg though 400mg are way enough)

A.J. and me must have the same doctor.

Tums and/or beer.

Naproxen makes me loopy, so that's an "emergency use only" ... like after walking 20 miles after I didn't train properly. (I practically lived on these things for 2 days after my 2nd Avon Walk!)

Otherwise, it's ibuprofen ... generic liqui-gels ... 'cause my pain is usually muscle or joint related.

My absolute last-resort is Tylenol Rapid Release because they're fast, but not so good for anything involving inflammation like muscle or joint pain.
