I agree. When I was training for my tri last year, the swimming kicked my ass at first. And I thought I was in shape from running but its a different animal.

I just suffer through swollen knees.

One of the great things about living in Tampa is that while I do my one or two days a week at the gym just for convenience, usually once a week I can drive to the St. Pete side and do a couple of hours open water.
