I'm the best man in my buddy's wedding on Saturday. I hate getting haircuts, but I'm currently sporting what would best be described as a cross between Rory Gallagher's and Shuggie Otis's hair. Do I owe it to my friend, myself and the photographic records to get a somewhat respectable haircut? I have to leave tomorrow, I need to make a decision quickly.

just as long as you don't look like a tard & wreck the bride's pictures you're ok. see what she says. she's the only one that matters on that day anyway.

NEVER get a fresh haircut right before a big event.
Better to get one a week beforehand... give the cut time to settle.
Especially men with non-shaved/buzzed hair ... because they usually end up getting their hair cut too short like little boys.
Leave it alone. You're throwing the bachelor party so the groom owes you one.

never get a hair cut, instead you should punch the bride a couple of times.
Now that's tradition!
