Mutley or Mumbly
I enjoy Mumbly because I watched the Laff Olympics growing up
after seeing the Wacky Races as a adult, Mutley is also Aces..............

What is there to debate? The website claims it is Snuffles did it first.
I think they're right.

I always remember Mutley as being Dick Dastardly's sidekick in Stop That pigeon
Sniffles was in the Three Musketeers..Hei, Howey, and Hooey! and other cartoons..he did the float or some other dog that was named and looked like him...Scooby Doo even did a homage to it!
