Bills Simmons brought this up on hid Podcast a few weeks back and i think it's a fun topic.
The ones they discussed were St. Elmo's Fire, Cheers and The Regal Beagle.
I would choose The Gem Saloon from "Deadwood"

In real life it's the Sidebar Tavern and it doesn't have a jukebox. But you still might be able to hear the Pogues there, possibly covered live.

I used to play darts there once a week; before the movie ruined the place. Country only jukebox. (45's not even cd's).
Bartenders were "handsome girls" that used to pour shots of jack or turkey into the mouths of those seated at the bar. Another pastime of theirs was to do pull-ups off of the exposed plumbing over the bar. None of them were remotely hot.
