Zappos appreciation thread

I just had my first experience with Zappos and I have to admit that they made the buying experience a pleasure. Due to an error I made, I ordered the wrong shoes, and I called thinking that they made the mistake, and they calmly explained it was my fault and they showed me how I made the error and they shipped me out a replacement overnight at no charge and everything went flawless. They emailed me a free return label and all I had to do was drop the box off at the post office or give it to a mail man and they take care of it.

I share this because I am impressed and figured maybe someone else can use the info. or share their experience.

Did you order a shoe that you have already tried before (same model number)? I don't think that I'd buy shoes that I haven't tried on.

I have had many experiences with Zappos and all of them have been extremely pleasant.

Every time that I've ordered from them, they have upgraded the shipping from Regular(4-5 days) to overnight at no extra charge to me. I thought it was just nice first time thing but they have done it every time I've ordered.

Just got a new pair today.
What I am impressed with is the paper that came along with the shoes states that "You can return any item in original condition within 365 days for a full refund."
Impressive.

every time i've ever ordered from zappos it's been a great experience. i think it's one of the best shopping websites out there. the prices are always decent & it's never a hassle if you have to return the item.

Yes, I love it. I noticed that too, about the 365 day return policy. But it says it needs to be in new condition, but still. I am very happy so far and everyone I spoke to was dripping with useful friendliness. I bet its a great place to work.
