I personally think Allan is a radio snob know-it-all, but he does bring up some valid points (which I think are A. Dukes induced). The problem I have with him is that he fails to grasp the essence of the Ron and Fez Show, and that he doesn't understand their genius and inimitable wit.

Sniffen is a smarmy prick who thinks he knows it all.
I've has an account and have been posting there for about 2 1/2 years and I'm always sticking up for R and F.
Who would expect a 50 year old, uptight dentist to like R and F?
This is a guy who's suggested that they turn WNEW into an oldies station to give you an idea of how he thinks.

Here's the thing with Sniffen - maybe at some point, perhaps when he first started critiquing, maybe you could say that he's just reviewing a medium that he has an interest in.

Now, though, it's all about him. He doesn't care about these shows, he just wants to get HIS name out there, so people will talk about what HE has to say. Maybe here and there he has something interesting to say about a show, but for the most part, he's just some tool who's in love with the sound of his own voice.

He was "supposedly" very successful at a radio station here in New York, but got out because he was sick and tired of the business and became a dentist instead (boring!). I don't blame him for leaving, because being a dj these days is a very crappy job in a very crappy medium.

Fortunately R&F have a lot of wit and creative freedom to be who they are. No matter how you slice it, even if he was still in radio, Allan would just be another dj spinning tunes off of a list that his pd's would give him.

Anyway, who cares about critics when you are having fun and love to do what you do? Fuck Allan and his pathetic geeky radio spermwad fetish
