I'm sure this case will be brought up by some idiot talking about "tort reform", like the case of the old lady who burned her crotch with McDonald's coffee. And people will jump on the bandwagon, yelling "Yeah! Lawsuits are out of control!" and they sign on for something that will deprive you of your best -- and often only -- way to try to punish corporations that fuck you over.

This case is going to be bounced. It's an idiotic case, but changing the courts to keep cases like this will probably keep too many good suits from being brought.
