Has anybody had any luck with any of the FM modulators for ipods made for use in your vehicle? I've asked around and I can't seem to find anybody that has any positive things to say about them... any recommendations or are they all crap?

I heard the monster one is ok, but the rest are crap. Just hard wire it in, it's way better

The Monster one is okay, but still if you're in a heavily populated area like NYC, there reception will be lousy because neighoring stations will break in.

Yeah I'm getting a new in-deck system with aux and ipod jacks. Transmitters are garbage.

I have this one. It works really well, if you wanna drop the coin I would highly recommend it.

the key is to get one that plugs into the ipod dock connector, not the headphone connector.

makes a world of difference in sound.

I second the Griffen as well, my buddy's had one for about 5 years and it's still going strong.
