So far Fez has done an amazing job. Today Al Roker was booking of the year on either show. How would you rate Fez so far and who would you like to see him get in the future?

Guests, any guests are good.
You don't know if they will be a good fit unless they try. I cannot fault anyone on the show if they try and it doesn't work out. I never faulted Earl for doing bad work, I faulted him for doing no work.

I don't want to beat up on Earl so much as much as I adore Fezzie. So there.

what was the problem with the german director today? i thought he was a solid guest, but ron seemed very disappointed that fez booked him. they've had much less interesting directors on in the past.

Ron did say something about not seeing or knowing much about the movie before they got to him.

Earl would have had the press sheets printed out, and the clips already burned.
