What a fucking amazing band to learn about (and listen to for that matter). you already need some major drive/independence/weirdness to make a life of rock, let alone punk rock, but to be black and constantly surrounded by masses of fucked up, and a lot of confused little white kids...it really comes down to the energy of it, don't you think? When you find hundreds of decibels driven by a beat that can only result in a deadly coronary to back up what you feel, I guess everything else is just gravy.
