now obviously the refs dont have access to this kind of technology during the replay but the steelers are celebrating a tainted super bowl victory, one that shoulda went to the cardinals

And also if you want, on the runback of the 100 yard interception before the half, THERE was a BLOCK/PUSH from BEHIND, you can see it in the replays. But it wasn't called. Sure it was about 10 yds from the play but they have called plays like that during the season.


It was really a BORING superbowl for 3 qts. with so many yellow flags against one team. And the refs seemed to start throwing flags on the other team to even it out. But since it was an EXCITING 4th quarter, it was an EXCITING Superbowl.


And why the coach of the Cardinals elected to kick-off, I don't know. You think you want to start out the game with your strength (which was there offense) instead of the other way around.

I think you should take this photo to the Steelers' facility in Pittsburgh and show it to Dan Rooney, he is a fairly accessible person, and tell him that he is celebrating a tainted victory. Eight seconds later, when you're picking your teeth up from the pavement, which were placed there by the 76 yr. old owner, I think you would second guess your ideas on this subject. If his feet weren't down, which they were, it was only 2nd down, as other posters have pointed out. They would have, in the least, tied and gone into overtime, also pointed out by other posters. THIS THREAD IS ABSURD because they won the game!!!!!!

theres prob 10 plays a game that if called differently could change the outcome (penalties called or not called, in or out that could go either way, etc.)

just thought it was something interesting to point out, last year you had all those patsies fans arguing about the time clock decrepency on the giants final drive

I thought the penalties called were terrible and were detrimental to the outcome of the game.
