Damages on DirecTV 101

I didn't see a thread for this show when I searched but wondering if anybody else watches it. I saw a promo for it last month and it grabbed me. I saw it was on Hulu the other day and watched the first season in the past couple days.

I think its pretty great. Glenn Close is amazing and I like how they tell you the story, showing the end of the season first then taking you back in time to show how it got to that.

It's on Wednesday nights at 10 on F/X which is nice cuz I just jump into it after Lost.

I watched all last season, and it was excellent.

I watched the first episode for this year, and have the next 4 or so on dvr-
I"ll get around to watching it, although I watch it with the Mrs, so I have to wait till our tv schedules coincide.

I haven't seen any season 2 yet and that's my thought as well. I don't know where Ellen goes after this season.

But the thing that got me into this show was the previews for season 2 that showed a revenge angle. So I'll check it out. Let me know if it gets better.

I guess season 2 is a bit of a let off. I still think its good but I thought I would like the revenge angel a little more.

But John Hurts a good scumbag and Timothy Oliphant has some weird motive.

so far the plot is somewhat annoying, as no one is worth rooting for-
but the acting remains great.

This Rose Byrne chick has lost too much weight. She's a pretty girl but she's so skinny now, you can see her ribs and stuff.

2nd season definitely got better as it went along, still not as good as the first.

I heart Patty Hughes. The best line this season was when she told her son's older GF "I

I didn't even consider the HD aspect, I watch online. She must look even bonier. Again, I think she's pretty but put on 20 pounds girl.

And that line was awesome. She is great on this show, what a bad ass character. I don't know how this season will play out though.

And this will most likely be the last. Ratings are waaaaaaaaaay down from Season 1.

This show is fucking great.
I can't think of one other show that DEMANDS the audience pays full attention more than this one. Literally every moment must be watched in order to successfully navigate this show.

I just powered through season two. I think season three is about to be released on dvd. I recall that the show was gonna leave FX and moving to somewhere into the outer orbit of deep cable. I hope the quality doesn't dip.

I've been watching the first season, and have not been too thrilled.

It's like they took a lawyer procedural and grafted on a wacky, convoluted conspiracy. I've started to call it LOST & Order because I'm clever like that.

I've invested seven hours already, so I'm going to finish the season, but it's going to take a lot to dig out of this hole.

I don't get DirectTV so... I'm unable to watch this 4th season. Gotta wait for the DVD set. Shit.
