Get a good wad of sunflower and store them in the left cheek. One by one crack then split them the long way and remove the meat. Stash the meat in the upper lip and spit the shell. Wait til you get a good mouthful of see before you chew and swallow. Yesss. You develop some weird habits playin baseball.
