I love this show.

I had to download the Christmas show since it didn't air in the US.

Be warned, a US remake is in the works. It looks like the US Gavin will be residing in NJ, while the US Stacey will be living in NC.
To me it sounds like they're ripping off the Dave and Casey story.

I don't think the writer's have a clear cut story on what happened between Uncle Bryn and Jason. It's just something so shocking that it's supposed to keep you guessing.

There will be a 3rd series, so I'm really happy about that. I won't be waiting for BBCA to air them though, I'll just download them the same day they air in the UK.

Filming won't start until this summer, so it'll probably start airing in October or later.

I would really recommend getting it.

Its a great show.

I think its a couple episodes too short though.

I dont want it long like american seasons but maybe one or two more eps a season

BBC America will be showing more of the romantic comedy Gavin & Stacey, starting with a Christmas special on Thursday, Dec. 24, at 10 p.m. ET/PT and will air the six-episode third season in the second quarter of 2010.

2 episodes into the 3rd season, they release the 3rd season on DVD this week.

Grabbed the remaining episodes tonight and will have a mini-marathon for myself this weekend.

On BBC Radio 1 they have a drop of "Ooohh, whats occurin'", Now I know where it came from. As soon as Ness said it to Dave and Bryn in the parking lot by the caravan, I laughed because I recognized it.
I also think I am going to start saying "That's so lash" when anyone asks what I think of something.
Watching Smithy and Gavin singing Do They Know Its Christmas had me killing myself laughing too...they get so into it.

The Gavin and Stacey Christmas show is going to be on BBC America tonight at 10 est.

I've seen it a few times already, but never in HD. My cable company just added BBC America HD last month, so I look forward to this.

I wasn't happy with the BBC America broadcast. Too much censoring and they cut out one of my favorite parts, where Gavin and Smithy are singing over the phone.

I LOVE that part too Dan, but they didn't cut it on the BBC Canada broadcast. But I did feel like there was quite a bit missing. I'll have to go back and watch my download just to see what the difference is.
