I thought the lil Tomagatchi type memory card in ur controller fucking ruled. Games I miss playing on DC include Code:Veronica, Shenmue (damned shame that series is going nowhere), Grandia 2, and some other games whose names I've forgotten.

I dunno how you guys do it. I have my NES hooked up, but if I tried playing those old games, 32x (yes, 32x I actually bought it), or Dreamcast, I start trippin' down Nostalgia Boulevard, crying for younger days gone by. Dreamcast especially cuz it was only a little while ago

Yeah, I got my Dreamcast on the 1st day available with the boxing game and some resident evil like game (blue something?). Code Veronica was cool on it but after that i really didnt find many games that I liked for the system. In fact it went into the closet until PS2 came out and one night I was drunk looking in that closet and found it. I threw the whole system down my driveway. I lived on a steep hill and picked it up the next day. It didnt even hurt it. I hated that stupid little electronic insert thing into the controller.

8 years ago? Late comer. I bought mine on 9/9/99, first day available, with Sonic, Blue Stinger and House of the Dead. Loved the system, still have it in my parents' basement.
