I thought the movie Australia was brilliant.

I went to see the Nicole Kidman/ Hugh Jackman movie Australia and thought it was brilliant. I went in with an open mind even though I knew it had been panned by the critics infact I went in as a bit of a skeptic expecting it to be bad. I don;t know if it's because I had such low expectations but I came out of the film absolutely loving it. This is a movie that last for almost 3 hours too. The only downfall really was that it had about three points which could of been a logical ending but still I was never bored.

I laughed quite a bit and even had a tear in my eye a few times which is very rare for me. Did anyone else see it? I'd be interested to hear what you think.
