There are a couple places out there that I have seen thousands of times but just have never bothered to eat in, every time I drive past I always think to myself how I have never set food in one but just don't care enough to try.

Red Lobster - I pass them all over the country but because of some story my parents told me about food poisoning decades ago I never bothered to go in.

Long John Silvers - fast food seafood doesn't interest me

Popeye's - I think it's the same reason as Long John Silvers.

So what places have you been past over and over and over but never bothered to go in?

I thought about going a few times over the past many years but never did. I have driven past them in various parts of the country as well and each time I say that I should go there one day but still haven't.

I finally got to try it last summer after hearing about it for years, stopped at one in Fresno late one night while driving back to a friends house. I was pretty excited as I had seen the commercials for a long time but never had one anywhere near me to try.

Biggest let down ever.

It was no better than anything I could get at Wendy's, have no need to ever go back.

You're not missing out on anything. A lot of people do, however, love DQ's blizzards and Chipotle's burritos. I, for one, think Chipotle is disgusting, but you should at least try it because the people that like it LOVE it.

EDIT: Correction-- I'm only talking about DQ, Chipotle and Panera, as I haven't been to the others.

i dont know if you'll be hooked, but theyre pretty good. they make good fast food burgers and they're creative with the options on their menu. you should try it out if you ever can.

i just crossed Five Guys off my list of places ive never been. inspired by this thread i went and searched for the nearest Five Guys to me and found one 5 miles away. i just got back a few minutes ago and i can say i def. enjoyed my bacon cheeseburger and fries.

I haven't had fast food in 7 years. I do eat Chik-Fil-A occasionally, but I don't really think of that as fast food.

Red Lobster was pretty good the last time I was there. Overpriced, but pretty good. I felt like a big fat tub of lard after I left there. The garlic cheese bread biscuits were awesome.

Last fast food I had was Checkers, and I remember firing stuff out my ass I never knew entered my body. It was like the game Lemmings, but from my ass.

I don't know where in Jersey you are but there is a 5 Guys in Shrewsbury, passing through red Bank en route to Eatontown.

I've never been there because it's int he most random weird place that i always forget it exists.

As for places i've never been to for the longest time it was Baja Fresh. Last summer was my first time going and it was pretty much a binder for the next 3 months. I would drive 30 minutes in between classes to get it but alas they no longer use ground beef for burritos=i've never returned.
