Yesterday, I took the plunge and popped the question to my girlfriend.

I have no doubts in my mind about her. She's everything I could ever possibly want in a woman, intellectually, emotionally, and physically, and on top of that, she's also the nicest, sweetest, most positive person ive ever come across in any capacity. I love her more than life itself.

So last night we were just lying together after a long day, and I look right into her eyes, and I ask her "will you marry me?". Her first response..."Are you being serious?" :tongue:

We are planning for October 2010.

She is using her grandmother's rings, so we just need to get them resized. Her grandfather's brother was a jeweler (and Jewish) so the rings are really nice.

Already have plans to marry at her parents house in their yard, and to serve breakfast food (including a ton of bacon and various breakfast casseroles)
