3G sucks ass!

I have the Blackberry Bold and have at&t with their 3G network and I think this is slow as shit and useless. It seems the same to me as Edge.
Why do we, as world superpowers, have the shittiest cell phone technology? People in the Phillippeans have better cell networks then us! Why? I am so pissed. I would buy more shit on ebay if I could use my cell as an alternate computer. The economy might improve if we had better access to easier mobile internet

the big change is in throughput...

also have you tested it compared to a wifi connection?

and to be honest...at&t's 3g network isn't very robust...

They lead you to believe that it is as fast as your home computers speed. This reminds me of the speed of my first computer with my dialup modem.
