Ijust opened my inbox and went to clean out my spam folder when I saw two spam emails about better sex, which is normal, except they came from MY OWN EMAIL ADDRESS!

I'm seriously fucking paranoid now. Have I been sending everyone in my address book sex spams and I don't know it? There were no emails in the "Sent Mail" folder. Not even the spam that I received on the same email.

Check the internet headers for the message, and you will know how to tell if it originates from your computer/network. Email Spoofing.

I have noticed in my gmail... some of the mail in spam folder say they came from "me" no name but it appears as "me"
when you open then you see that they were not really sent by you

I see that alot, dont open any email, thats the best way to be safe

if you want to meet a friend for lunch , prepare 3 days in advance and send a postal letter, thats how I do it

Geno's right, it is email spoofing.. I get the same spam supposedly sent from myself... No need to be paranoid, just delete it..nothing will come of it.

same thing happened to me except i did it. i had to email all my naked pics and sex videos of my ex to myself, just incase the computer crashes. never know when i need to black mail someone.:devil2:
