A "friend" of mine is seeing this guy. She wasn't able to be with him on New Years. He called her on his way to meet up with someone & she then found out that he was meeting up with his recently dismissed, X-girlfriend. He was still talking with her when he finally met up with his X & lied to his X & told her that said that he was speaking with one of his male friends...
Ladies (or guys), help me out here please. Should my friend be concerned?:(
P.S.
I hope this makes sense. It's kinda a long story condensed

Well it seems he makes a habit of lying. That in itself should show that he isnt trustworthy. If you ask me he was on a booty call, since he figured he wasnt gonna get any from his steady on new years.
But its your friend's life, if she wants to be with him then he has it made I guess.

it depends what you mean by her "seeing" him. If they are full fledged going out then she should be mad, if they are not officially together than she should not be. simple as that.
it's true,
it's damn true!

Well they have just reunited after quite sometime but they were quite serious & quite close & there are some very strong feelings between them...i think. Plus he did promise her that it was just an innocent visit. Should she believe him?

it's probably bad news. Out of all the people he could be with he's with an ex-girlfriend around a holiday? very shady. most guys suck (except me of course) so be wary, your friend should definetely say something. Happy new year by the way playful (and everyone)

It is not good playful. With the alcohol and everyone feeling loose on New Years and they had strong feelings it does not look good. Tell your friend to dump him. She can do better.
Have a safe and happy new year. Let's hope next year is a whole lot better.<IMG SRC="http://www.toontracker.com/terry/mghther1.gif 100x300

Well if a guys lies about who your friend is on the phone then it was a good move to get rid of him now.. not worth the bullshit that will come about later on... good job playful...

This almost sounds like an episode for the Gerry Springer Show!
If she TRULY loves the man, then she should QUIT. If she LIKES him and he gets her OFF, then see him when she can and ALSO look elsewhere. Let the OTHER woman WORRY about it!
It's ALL what SHE wants!
HAPPY and HEALTHY NEW YEAR!

If you know what's going on, He ought to be confronted. To many times, I see people hurt each other because no one knows what's going on. That's why I got kicked out of my band, which was my mistake. She ought to give him the benefit of a doubt, but if a relationship is supposed to thrive, the terms should be discussed and everyone should know what's going on.
i got kicked out of my band, so now i'm stuck with the name

maybe he has alot going on.
maybe he tried everything he could to go out with her but she had to work late. maybe he didnt want to spend New years alone and wanted to be with some of the people that has helped him over the last few months LIKE: GVAC,Fuzzybutt & Thunderlips,
Pantera & Lisa.
maybe he didnt wanna sit home and miss u like he does every waking hour. maybe u should talk to him. i know the guy and he is a mess wihtout you, he loves u and is lost without u. he does and says dumb things all the time, but he's trying his best to be a better person for himself and you. maybe u shouldnt give up so fast on him.
