another one for you.
GF likes to be choked to unconsciousness during sex(probably to forget she is fucking me), she is pregnant now, and we have not done this since.
Guessing it is not exactly safe to resume this activity until she has delivered the kid?
Now as soon as she loses consciousness I stop choking she gets the blood rush she needs to regain consciousness and the desired payoff too...

I think you're wise to avoid any activity that can deprive your GF's brain of oxygen at this time. Pregnant women have an increased volume of blood and your activity may have unintended effects. The brain releases all kinds of hormones that affect contractions and blood flow and I don't think anyone knows what kinds of effects choking to unconsciousness would have on those. I'd just go easy on her until the baby is born (which you should anyway ).
I guess I need to let you know that this kind of activity is called "asphyxiophilia" (the love of asphyxiation); it's considered a "paraphilia" (sexual fetish) and has been responsible for several deaths (although usually the deaths occur when someone is alone, rather than with a partner.)
Asphyxiophilia has another name as well, "Koczwarism". Why? I dunno. Some guy named Koczwar either described it or did it or something. Women who engage in this activity are felt to have stronger orgasms. Here's an abstract from an article on this from the Journal Medical Hypotheses:
Med Hypotheses. 1994 May;42(5):318-22.
Sexual asphyxiophilia (Koczwarism) in women and the biological phenomenon of
female ejaculation.
Zaviacic M.
Institute of Pathology, School of Medicine, Comenius University Bratislava,
Slovakia.
Life threatening eroticizing behavior, asphyxiophilia (sexual asphyxia) is
practiced in women, as in men, in order to heighten sexual excitement and to
achieve orgasm, which is in some women accompanied by expulsions of fluid
(ejaculation) from the urethra. The relatively easily achieved orgasm induced by
the mechanism of asphyxia is hypothesized to be the common reason for repetitive
deviant asphyxiophilic behavior. Moreover, in women of the ejaculatory type
(female ejaculators), the desire to induce ejaculatory orgasm by asphyxia may
also come into play as this kind of orgasm is usually assessed as sensation of
greater delight than orgasm without ejaculation.
Be careful and make sure your resuscitation skills are up to date!

steve
