I believe Superstar was first heard on WNEW-FM - he was custodian for the studio over there who was a bit "slow" - and was known for one bit (I think it was good/no good)

I seem to be connecting online at 31k, where as the old XM was 64k.

did they change the online to Sirius quality?

I got my Xamp to work again- and that was back to 64k.
the 31k was via XMonline.

I asked because Sirius streamed a lower quality online stream- and there has been speculation as to whether XM would lower its stream quality.
