Dear Ron and Fez Shooow,
I was just listenin to Sleeves' Christmas song while I was wrappin up some prezzies for my peoples... and I was, "feelin pretty good, la la la laaa..." I was, for real.... Got me thinkin.... This year I have felt a lot more Christmasy than I have in many years in recent memory. Somethin about this time of year make an ole gal wanna let some people know some things.... so I will.
Listen, for a long time now I have been appreciating this Ron and Fez Show... Please... I know ya know that though!!! Still, I will remind. Everyone has their ups and downs, ya know.... a big, stinkin year full of em! One of the things that has truly been solace in the asylum was being able to hear friendly voices for three hours a day.... It cannot be understated! Really...
I have felt thankful this year for the gigantic cackles and the warm fuzziness and gratitude for the friendship I've experienced.
This Christmas I want to thank The Ron and Fez Show for that.... I want to thank Ron and Fez for bein such friends.... and I want to thank em all too for the friends and fantastic people I've met because of them....
Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah, Kwanzaa.....Happy Holidays, whatever ya doin...be happy.... :0)
Love to everybody and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
May 2009 be the best...
Peace out,
kathleen from the Bronx :):):)

I have lotsa school bus experience, since my family was in the biz since the 60's and we have consistently had the biggest company in Delaware, besides the state, and when Laidlaw took over for awhile then lost it. I have driven a van sized school bus as my main vehicle in 87-89,when I also moved college student furniture and hauled bands to their gigs, even frat boys to games. I have had a Dodge conversion California style van,and now have a similar widows all round custom van as a work truck. My advice is get a small one because they are a bitch to park anywhere, especially in rain or bad weather.I had one that had the big wide open door(no passenger seat) and you could not lock it. It got broken into several times, easy pickings.Vans as a rule are easier to break into, and that sucks. The school buses are made for easy escape in case of fire or overturn. That may be part of the reason why no seat belts on most buses.Whatever you construct inside ,if you get one,no matter what size, keep the back doorway clear for loading stuff for multi-purpose use and make it pay for itself during non-party activities. Around here private companies must keep buses for no more than 10 years in service,so there is always a large stock of forceably retired buses to choose from every year. You can ask me questions about school buses, though I'm no mechanic. Big school buses get about 4-5 miles per gallon gas,or maybe more mileage deisel. Diesel has long range advantages for long range mileage, just like big trucks.I prefer gas for performance driving fast starts and stop traffic. Van school buses get about what a heavy van gets in mileage 10-15 mpg. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a221/jlehane3/Chevrolet_Van_School_BusvSM.jpg Then also it depends what weight you haul and what type of driving. Hills suck and fumes can suck. I personally hate diesel fumes more since they get to me. Gas is more dangerous yet more available. ALSO most neighborhoods loathe a school bus parked out front so the parking situation may be OUT of BOUNDS if you go full size.If it's more like an RV you can get away with the neighbors not hassling about their property values. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a221/jlehane3/BetterIdeap3230074.jpg Side door way better.
