im staying at a place that has dial up internet,i just found a computer not hooked up to a phone line,this place has the works on satelite tv programs,im pretty sure there is some kind of satelite/broadband feed but i cant find it on my networks on my computer,there is no button on dish remote for internets,im out of ideas and could use some help on how to enable the satalite internets

ive searched the house,the office is locked,im betting the modem is in there and turned off,thanks for trying,i think im on dial up for awhile,over

Um, the internet has nothing to do with a remote control.
There's a modem that's used just like most internet service.
Find modem, hook cat cable to modem, use internet.

THE GAYS NOT HERE THIS WEEKEND!i cant find the modem or router or anything,theres to much snow to try and find where the cable comes into and this place is fuckin huge,over

Satellite internet is a completely different service from either Direct TV or Dish Network.
And it's expensive as all hell. Well over $100/month.
So having "the works" for satellite TV doesn't mean that you have satellite internet as well.
