A woman (who will remain unnamed) who is a good friend doesn't want any Christmas gifts except for my end-of-the-year CD, but when I pressed the issue she said she really needed a new vibrator. So I stopped at the local toy store today. In my experiences, the employees at these establishments are exactly what you'd expect - middle aged trash.

Not this Midwest hayseed sex store. I was immediately greeted by a true hottie - around 23 or so with a beautiful smile and body. I'm not talking over-the-top stripper-hot, either. This was a hip-looking woman you'd expect to see working at an indie clothing store. I almost wanted to buy her something instead of my friend.

I thought I knew what I was going to purchase, so I declined her offer of assistance. When I saw the wall of rabbits, though, I changed my mind. How sexy is it to have a beautiful woman make sex toy suggestions? She explained what's good and not-so-good about a handful of different models, and even made sure that the one I selected worked (no, not in the way I was fantasizing, though).

In my experience they usually employ an even ratio of hot chicks, probably used to be hot but now used up/haggard women and REALLY creepy guys.

Adult shops usually do better with women working in them instead of some creepy looking dude staring at everyone while they're browsing.

I've never gone to a class, but I doubt it. Most of these shops attract a wide variety of patrons, which I think is pretty cool. Life's too short to be uptight about sex.
