I have a XM Xpress and the thing will not show that it has an antenna plugged into the base. There is a gold cap, or something, that is on one of the pegs at the docking point and it has broken out making it lose the connection to the antenna.

Does MyRadioStore.com repair receivers?

Is that the one you have ? If so, MyRadioStore.com is selling them for $29.99 .

I can't believe anyone would repair it for less than that.

My suggestion, call MyRadioStore and tell them your situation and the type of receiver you have and mention the $29 unit and ask them if it works with your current wiring or if they have suggestions for a replacement at a reasonable rate.

If you want to try and do your own repair you may want to try the nice folks over at the XM Fan board, they have helped me out on a few occasions.
