Most new versions of Office products have a recovery feature. Have you tried opening Word since then? It usually pops up when you open it up.

just reopen windows and on the right side you will see recovered documents. They stay there until you delete them.
You may have lost a few minutes but usually it auto saves every 3 minutes (or whatever you have it set to)

and PS.: I hope your Windows Program has spell check enabled.

i went to the 7 11 to get a slurpie and a pack of smokes and the old man behind the counter was actin funnny
i wonder if he had the alheimers/\?
alheimers aslo stuckens many of the souix in my area is this a gay thing? i never see them hanging out with any chicks
i hope they make a good medicine soon to help these people with problems

it was about the power of prayer and i was using Indians with Alzheimers as my experimental group

and i do have spell check on my firefox enabled
i think it just gives up after a while.
