Madness. You want to be your cleanest before you conduct your business and socializing of the day, not afterwards. Besides, we get inherrently funky when sleeping unless you wash your sheets every day. I'll often shower twice a day, including before going to bed just because I like feeling refreshed, but if I shower once it's ALWAYS in the morning before work or school.

That is largely also due to my body set strictly in the routine of wanting to unleash my primary daily BM in the morning. I prefer to be showered after such an undertaking.

I shower then bathe. I can't stand the putrid man stew that occurs if you don't shower first. I also let the shower beat on me to fill the tub. Its a great hang over remedy.

I work in an office setting and don't sweat or get filthy... so there is no reason to do it before bed... it also refreshes and wakes me up, so it would be stupid to do it before bed...

In my blue collar days it was after work. Now that I have to shave every morning, I shower in the morning. Then I wear a uniform with a bullet resistant vest, so I shower after work also, because that shit makes ya sweat.

Now that I work at home, I shower at random times during the day, but when I had to actually go into an office every day - Bath/shower w/ hair washing, leg shaving, etc. at night, then 5 min rinse in the AM before work.

i shower before i have to leave the house in the morning or afternoon. i'll shower again afterwork only if i had to work a baseball game or soccer game where dirt was being swirled around by the wind all day, or if it was rainy. i wash my hair every other day, but will wash it twice in one day depending on the conditions at work.

I shower before I go to work, sometimes I take another when I get home from work. Weekends, it's always the early afternoon unless I gotta be somewhere early. Always rtight before I go out at night.
