Not sad at all. The guy was suffering and chose to end his life before... completely paralysed and cannot talk how do you let somebody know you are suffering? This could be a complete and utter hell.

the new leno show is barely in its infancy. The new format hasn't even been decided upon yet and it may wind up being more topical.. along the lines of what jon stewart does. besides, like carson, those loyal to leno will follow him to see what he has going. Conan will still hold the reigns of late night tv because that time slot has always been expected to draw in viewership with its where leno's new show could be a platform for political discussion far more than even on tonight show

Not always, although the process may be outdated. I know that a number of years ago my family got a little notebook/calendar where we had to write in our TV viewing and send it back. But I know it was a long time ago.
