I'm tired of cooking pork chops the same few ways I've been doing. What are your favorite pork chop recipes? (bone in and boneless)
Of the ones I do, the best is probably when I just marinate them and grill them on the iron stove top grill.

Here's a great recipe by Giada DeLaurentis that we make all the time. It's pretty easy, give it a shot -
Pork chops with fennel and caper sauce (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/pork-chops-with-fennel-and-caper-sauce-recipe/index.html)

I havent read the whole thread, but a great tirck I learned is to brine chops...especially the good bone in ones. If you don't want too hammy a taste dont use sugar. Just add the salt, 1c per gallon of water. Make sure the salt is dissolved, usually I add the salt to boiling water, but the water must be cool when you brine or youll fuck up the meat. You can add what ever spices you like best to the brine and they get good and deep in the chop. Brining results are awesome. If you try this you'll never go back.

I dont do nothing fancy, but I like to fry them up a sauce of whatever spices I can afford at the moment, balsamic vinegar, and soy sauce. Makes for some tasty pork.
What are your favorite pork chop recipes?
Pork chops and applesauce. Sounds swell.

FABULOUS!!! The pork chops were very thick, so I had to double the cooking time, but it still came out perfect.
