I have been working out everyday, and for some reason, for the past 3 weeks i havent noticed any increase in strength, muscle tone or size. One of the football players on my team told me to buy some protein powder and Creatine.

http://www.muscletech.com/products/celltech_hardcore/index.shtml

this is What I bought. For the next 4 weeks I am going to perform an experiment on myself

here are my statistics as of Today

Bench Press: 145 Maxed, 135 Regular Reps
Squat: 630 Maxed, 540 Regular Reps
Dead Lift: 225 Maxed, 180 Regular Reps
Curl: 75 Extremely hard 3 reps. This is as High of Curls as the Weight Room goes, so i will just measure of the Level Of difficulty it is to do as i proceed

The Experiment will Consist of 20 days, 5 days of the week, Monday Thru Saturday

Day 1, Monday November 24th:
Bench Press: 135
Squat: 540
Dead Lift: 180
Curl: 75, 3 Sets Each arm of 10. Completely Dead after Lifting
After Lifting, Drank 2 Scoops (1 Serving Size) of Cell Tech Creatine Shit. Tasted pretty good, alot like Grape Drink.
Physical Appearance: Chubby

if you describe yourself as "chubby" i would advise against using creatine or any sort of muscle gaining powder. you should continue to work out, get yourself on a proper diet and take a multi-vitmain and fish oils every day until you have dropped some weight. once you have trimmed some fat then you can go on to using creatine and other types of muscle building stuff.

regardless, im not looking for weight loss, creatine is supposed to hydrate the muscles, and is not supposed to provide energy for fat

the creatine also works as a "Lunch" i dont not eat lunch, Just Breakfast and Supper

You describe yourself as chubby, only eat twice a day and are looking for increases in strength, muscle tone and size? You're going about this all wrong. Try eating smaller meals more often. This will increase your metabolism and help with your muscle tone. If you're chubby, the size is probably there, just not where you want it. Using Creatine as a meal is a pretty bad idea, but it's your body not mine, I can only make suggestions.

Shit I didn't even see the forum this is in. whatever.

by muscle tone, i meant calf and Thighs. Those are the Only Two Areas I seem To Not get Fat. The Calfs are quite toned right now, and the thighs are getting there.

By Strength, i simply meant more lifting weight.

However it does say right on the Bottle "Use Cell-Tech Hardcore as a Part of your Diet, Replacing One Meal"

and I'll Explain to you my diet

1. Breakfast Cereal. Preferably Reeses Puffs
2. Creatine Solution
3. Atleast 1 vegetables, 1 Meat, and one bread serving. 2 depending on if im still hungry or not.

But I do Like more Diet Information, although i probably wont use it. The Only Food Diet Information ive ever used was eat salads. They're very Yummy.
