Un-Funny coworker

There is a woman in my office that insists on stopping by my office every morning for small talk. I can deal with that, but what kills me is she thinks she is so funny, but she isn't.
Just this morning I heard her doing the old "Yeah baby" line from Austin Powers. It was hack in '96, now it is just un-acceptable. She has also been known to drop a "NOT!" from time to time.

I want to tell her outright that she isn't funny, but she is the secretary of the director of finance, so pissing her off is not a good idea.

Annoying is one thing, but annoying AND thinks they are funny just kills me.

Fight fire with fire - whenever you see her start doing the Rob Schneider "copy guy" schtick, commenting on whatever she's doing. If that doesn't work, move on to Dana Carvey's church lady and answer all of her jokes with an "Isn't that special?" - and finally, if she doesn't get the clue then, drop old school SNL on her ass and call her an "ignorant slut."

There is a great overall sense of humor in my lab. We number 14 people and I'd say about 10, including my boss can take a joke as well as throw one back. We're very diverse, excepting no chicks. There's a black guy, a Jew, the boss is Indian, 4 Italians, couple of Irish, a Polack and the rest mutts. Racial epithets can be thrown about in healthy, intelligent conversation. It's a rather enjoyable place to work.

But there's one guy that can kill the funny in the lab with anything he says. In college we used to call "that guy" the tumbleweed. Great conversation rolling along, rousing laughter abounds, and then the tumbleweed adds in his share...silence. Awkward looks. An uncomfortable confusion where nobody knows what to say next. That's this guy in my lab. I used to feel sorry for him and give the ol' pity laugh, but I just can't do it anymore for fear that I was encouraging him. Now I just get a case of the douche chills whenever he opens his mouth.

All this and his musical acumen peaked right 1978. Just an uncomfortable dude to be around.

I'm actually dealing with something more annoying:

Un-Funny co-worker sends a mass email forward that is unfunny. Then even more-unfunny co-workers hit "Reply All" to say how funny the original unfunny email forward is. The "Reply All" is much, much more worse to me than the original forward.

And I can't say anything, because it's people I work with who I need for time sensitive deliverables from and I can't risk making them angry.
