You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Once in a while I get a backache like I slightly pulled a muscle in my lower left back right above my hip. From there it makes left hip, left testicle hurt and my left knee hurt. Any ideas on why it does this?

Sounds like you could be irritating a nerve root in your back...when you do this, it'll hurt wherever that nerve goes. I think I covered it pretty decently in this thread: http://www.ronfez.net/forums/showthread.php?t=71674
