Smiley on the weed?

I was reading RonFez.net, and they were doing a bit about the hayseeds wanting to be on Ron and Fez (Noon to 3). While the story was running I was watching Sesame Street with my favorite host, Guy Smiley. I have to say he looked stoned in most of the clips. I think he tokes, I think Mikey tokes too, I think Reilly tokes as well. I think they smoke together, they have that creepy close relationship. Comments?
