have your router set your 360 for static routing. go into the 360 settings and statically set your 360 an ip address.

It would have to be in your ip range.
are u running a wiresless router? or is it a switch/router
Wireless?
Or possibly, but I dout it, there may be problems on XBOX's end because the whole interface update thing that's happening next Wednesday.

also. if wireless how many devices in your home are accessing it?
make sure your router is secure and encrypted.
im not sure how many interfaces a wireless router can address
