8 Weeks till im 21 and just looking for ideas on good places in NY to go to

so any suggestions are welcome :drunk:

The Peculiar Pub down on Bleecker St. has an insanely wide selection of beers, and brings in a pretty decent crowd (unlike most of the bars in that area).

I second that motion on the Peculiar Pub...great little place. LOTS of beers to choose from. Great area too when that place gets too crowded.

Although, hypothetically, you've never been out, what kinds of places do you think you would enjoy? Do you think you would enjoy a dive bar (in which case peculiar is fun), a sports bar, a slightly more upscale bar, a lounge, a full-blown club? What about your friends?

well i have no doubt that im probably the youngest person on here
im just happy that soon ill be able to head out to Ron and Fez and O&A events



and yes this will be my first time going out to a bar+Drinking
but i know the full blown clubs and up scale bars are not my thing
so i would say i lean more towards divey places

and as for friends its probably just going to be my brother and a couple of his friends
and im pretty sure the frequent dives
