BOSTON (Reuters Life!) - Clocks spring ahead and fall back when adjusting in and out of daylight saving time. A study published on Wednesday finds that heart attack rates do the same.

The research, based on heart attacks in Sweden, concluded that the chance of a heart attack goes up during the first three weekdays after the springtime shift to daylight saving time, possibly because of sleep deprivation.

a guy i know wrote me a letter from prison,it was 5 pages,front and back.i got it almost 2 weeks ago.the envelope was stuffed so i knew it was alot of readin.i feel like a lesser human for readin it,the guys a dirtbag and wants me to write a letter of support to the parole board,i knew it was coming,i dont think hes changed all that much and may even be a worse person for bein locked up.theres other things involved,i dont know what im going to do..i'll pray and sleep on it.if that doesnt work i may start a thread tommorow explainin more and askin for others perspectives.his hearing is 3 months away
