Great thread. Would you count Star Wars characters? If so, I think Chewbacca barbequed would be delicious. I would slowly rotate him over an open fire and then serve him with beer and potatoes.

Jabba the Hutt looks like he'd be tender and fatty, due to his sedentary lifestyle. However, I'd be a little concerned about alien STD's. My recommendation would be BBQ Jabba, marinated in Jack Daniels, and cooked for 12 hours on low in a crock pot. If you have a nice sized freezer, you could have enough to eat for at least a year.

Edit: If you're cooking for a large amount of people, I'd cook him over an open pit for a day or two.
