She's just as good, if not better, when she's on the Daily Show.

YES!
He's a frequent guest on The Adam Carolla Show and he kills everytime. KILLS.

I also like Jonah Hill. He always seems very happy to be there and none of his answers seem rehearsed. I get the feeling that seeing him on Conan is EXACTLY what it would be like to hang out with him. That chunky bastard is f'ing funny.

Not my favorite, but probably the most memorable. I saw this when it first aired in the middle of the night, and it freaked me the hell out! (The other 6 parts are on youtube, too).

I think she's kinda cross-eyed which is also hot.

John Malkovich, especially on a show like Letterman, he would come across as so intense, yet also funny, but he would stay in character, as if there was no joke.

Richard Harris, R.I.P and Peter O'toole were always great on Letterman telling old drinking stories of the two of them, and others.

Robert Blake was something on Carson and Tom Snyder.

Someone else said it already, but Grodin on Letterman was always good.

The young animal handler Jamie something on Conan is hilarious too.

Ahmet and Dweezil Zappa used to show up on Conan in the mid-90s. Dweezil would play the quiet sane one, while Ahmet was the lunatic all over the place. The two of them were pretty funny. Then Ahmet would do something like sing "What's Up Pussycat" with the band.

A plus to everything you said except Charles Grodin who was making so much sense these days we don't hear his spots anymore on.em.anything.

Grodin was doing spots on 88o WCBS (prolly syndicated) but they disappeared prior to the election. Hmn.

Some great (and some uncomfortable) appearances on Letterman's NBC show in the 80's.

Norm was fucking great on Conan last night, after his interview they let him join in on the cooking segment with Gordon Ramsay.

I will say though my current favorite is Joaquin Phoenix, this act (at least I hope it is) has made him the most interesting person I've ever seen on a talkshow.
