I tend to agree with Torker here. Given the information supplied, I would tend to blame the green beans.

Rule of thumb, always give bacon the benefit of the doubt.

Cozumel, Mexico 3 days before my wedding.

Threw up and had liquid poops for at least 6 hours straight, couldn't eat anything besides soup and bread for the next two days. Lost about 5 pounds. I remember laying in bed just mumbling to myself in order to get my mind off of the horrible pain my stomach was in. Also remember how cold the tile floor was in the bathroom as I laid there shivvering unable to move due to lack of strength. Needed an on call doctor to come and shoot me up with drugs to make my body stop freaking out and vomiting uncontrollably. No idea where I picked it up, only ate at places recommended for tourists. Pretty much the most horrible food related experience I have ever had in my life.

Oh damn. That was brutal, but can that be considered food poisoning or just a food injury?

Wow, I wonder which one I would rather go through again.. 2nd degree burns to the roof of my mouth preventing me from even drinking water (I said then I'd rather have knee surgery again over the mouth pain that gave me) or Mexican hell.

I got food poisoning in HS from stupidly eating pizza that was left in the car overnight. I thought since is was COLD out it would be OK.

I was puking over and over and screaming, and when my dad finally came home, he just said "It smells like eggs in here". I made him take me to the ER and they gave me a MAGICAL shot in the stomach that stopped the cramping and an IV and I felt billion times better by the time I left.

Not food poisoning, but back in high school we had stuffed shells day. I got my stuffed shells from the lunch lady, got to the last shell, and apparently a piece of foil got stuck to the bottom of the shell. This piece of foil got stuck between my normal tooth and a filling. needless to say it was complete and utter magnetic torture to my brain for the next few minutes until I got floss from someone. Good torture method, and now I know.

it must have been the sausage, because I have eaten day old pizza left out in the kitchen with no problems
