Bit torrent could be a great way to get all kinds of stuff, but you are very vulnerable to having your IP harvested by RIAA/MPAA folks. If you MUST use bit torrent, then make sure you are running an up to date version of Peerguardian 2.

I personally try to avoid torrents if I can help it. I get my stuff from usenet. If you need to know how to get files from the newsgroups out there, check out www.slyck.com/ng.php (http://www.slyck.com/ng.php) to learn everything you need. Make sure you read everything because there is alot, but once you master the newsgroups you will be able to get almost anything out there.

Me agree with you. Good ratio = good person. My upload speed is shit, but I try to maintain at lest a 1.5 .
