Anyone have a SHARP AQUOS tv??

Specifically the D64U series

I Received my LC32D64u this week!
I cannot tell if the unit is supposed to do this, or its faulty, but when I switch channels, there is a lag, I see the new channel, then I see a black screen for a second, then the new channel with the info in the top right corner (720P, 1080i etc..).
That is frustrating.
Does anyone else have this issue. ??

I don't have that TV, but I had the same problem with component cables. Once I hooked up the HDMI cable, it went away.

I get that aswell with my components when watching digital cable through the digi box(non hdmi) im going to guess that components run slower than our tvs so this is why we get a 1 second lag
