I decided last night at 9 to have a garage sale today. I put an ad on craigslist flyers all around town and push everything into the driveway. The sale started at 10 and boy oh boy how the customers are pouring in. So far one European couple, one with a nice tight ass, looked at some belts. Then two guys that seemed like cops were looking for bikes. Thats it. I'll keep everyone posted as things heat up.

A lady just came by looking for free weights. Should I say Hi to people or just let them uncomfortably look around in silence? I've been saying Hi and it doesn't seem to work.

Only 4 more dollars needed to reach that and I'm 3 hours in. There is this paper shelf I have that I'm selling for 2 dollars. 2 fucking dollars. Everyone picks it up and plays with it. Some asian guy asked the price and didn't even counter offer. If you'll pick it up why not pay 2 bucks for the thing.

Garage sale over. 49 dollars is the grand total. I almost had a huge sale to some non english speaking asians but we couldn't work things out.

I went to a yard sale yesterday where they had just given up and put up a "everything's free" sign. Even for free, I didn't want any of it. Now that's sad.

I got about ten drive buys. The best one was like a half drive buy. The guy parked directly across from my house left the car running and stood half leaning on the door as he looked at the stuff we had.
