I got a copy from my local shop, and fucking A I love them.

The game starts out with a cute and adorable intro, voiced by the lovely Stephen Fry.

After you are done with the tutorial, you are then thrown into the game, and the presentatino doesn't disappoint. Gameplay is very solid and graphics are some of the best I've seen in a while. The only gripe I have are the controls, in particular, the jump button. It's not as responsive as I'd like for it to be, so there is a very slight delay. Other than that, the game is simply amazing. The amount of depth and customization is absolutely ridiculous. And once you can go online (I can't, due to the very recent delay), you can play co-op & post level and heart them (and other users). Hearting is akin to giving out rep. There are also specific parts of levels that can only be completed in co-op (to get other stickers and level creation parts).

Level creating on the other hand (after the very long tutorial sequences) becomes very easy to use, immensely in-depth and addictive. Once you get more parts, you can't help but go to your level creator and add said part and add it into your creation.

I wouldn't be surprised if this game makes GOTY.

Lou has been so disappointed by the little setback. I'm sure he'll (and I) will love it once we get it.

That game looks like one big mechanical vibrations problem.

Little big planet is pretty much the only reason i'd like to get a PS3.

I borrowed a PS3 to play metal gear solid 4 over the summer and that game was just plain terrible.

Why'd you think MGS4 was terrible?

LittleBigPlanet should be in most stores right now. I picked mine up from Gamestop earlier this afternoon. It's very good so far though the servers aren't up yet. You also can't download your preorder bonuses yet. I can't wait to rock out my Kratos sackboy but I'll have to wait until the servers are up I suppose.

Servers were up and down all day. I got to play some brief co-op in one of the canyon levels but it was way too laggy. They have some server issues to work out obviously.

But this game is incredible. The only bad thing I can say is that the controls could be a bit tighter. Jumping on the z-axis can be tricky. But this is so fun. The art is incredible, touching on a bunch of different styles and themes. The soundtrack is flawless. The licensed music and the original stuff are both great and fit perfectly. I especially loved the Day of the Dead/South American/Wedding themed levels.

I haven't even tried any user created levels nor making any of my own. I feel like I could be playing this game forever and loving it all the way through.

Level creation is limitless. And they give you a pretty big canvas to work with.

They should have based PS Home off of this game. Sackboy avatars for all, a place to create your own space. I'd have half dracula's castle/half space ship.
