I am extremely interested in the place and i would be happy if you can rent the place to me before my arrive back to the sates becasue have been searching for a place ever since my apt got burnt. I am currently out of the states due to the nature of my work cos it involves traveling alot and i will be returning back to the states very soon. I am into Design of male and female wears including kid wears, have worked with numbers Client's in the United States and Canada and some other Europe countries across the globe. am currently in Rome in Italy and i would like you to hold the place on my behalf till i arrive cos i would like to move as soon as i arrive back to the states. I would like you to tell me more things about the room by you answering the questions i listed below.

( A ) I will like to know the intersection nearest to your neighborhood. like shopping mall, bus line, Churches, railway and many more.
( B ) I will be coming with some of my furniture that's if they are allowed, things like bed, shelfs, book cos i love reading.
( C ) I would like to know if there is a garage or parking space cos i will have my own car as soon as i arrive.
( D ) I would like to have the rent fee per month plus the utilities.
( E ) I would like to have the description of the room / apt, size, colour and the equipments in there.
( F ) I will like to know if I can make an advance payment ahead my arrival cos am sure that will be stand as a kind of commitment that I am truely coming so that you can secure the place for me.
( G ) If the question F is Yes,&n bsp; I will like to know the total cost for the my initial move as in first month rent and if you accept deposit.
( H ) I will also like to know your mode of payment because the mode of my payment is with a going to be in a form of a Cashier's check or Money Orders.

I am into Design and have also completed my Paralegal Associates Degree in Psychology and am planning to attend a Law school as soon as i return back to US cos my future plan is to be come a Lawyer. I would like to know maybe there's any law school which is very close to you in your cos i will enroll myself once i arrive in ur city, i do the Design as a PT job but Law is my life and i really love it. I am new living all alone as i have lived with my mom alone in the past but i have no doubs in my mind about my ability to live peacefully with as i was raised to be a lover of peace. Hey it is Oct 12 2008 and I just received the same reply from the same girl... as a mater of fact when I posted room mate wanted I received 9 the next day all within min of each other. All were pretty much the same thing. I sent back a reply of answer a simple question of what is 4+4= (just to weed out the bots) I only received 2 replies back. Anyway back to this chick here. dude you got riped off, I asked her to send a picture...Damn shes hot... a shame she is not real and its someone wanting us to send them money for a bounced check.
