Has anyone else come across this?
I have 2 radios on my account. Before the merge it was $12.95 for the one radio and $6.99 for the second radio.
I wanted the best of Sirius on my radio, but my girlfriend wasn't interested. Using that scenario you would think it
would be $16.99 for my radio (XM everything plus best of Sirius) and the second radio would stay the same $6.99
WRONG!
I just looked up my invoice on-line. I notice that they're charging me $16.99 for my radio and $12.95 for the second radio.
I figured that they fucked something up so I gave them a call. After being on hold for about 15 minutes, the nice young
lady informs me that there is no multi radio discount unless both radios are on the same plan. Because I have only one on
the Best of package the second radio is $12.95. WTF? I told her fuck it. Put it back to the way it was before the upgrade.
Anyone else have the same situation on their account?
